We used Paul Terry with Bye-Eye for an addition to our house. We added a master bedroom
and bath, a home office and a screened in porch. Paul said he could give us a ‘really nice’ product
for our budget, that was an understatement.
The work that they did and the finished product is exceptional. They exceeded expectations on
every detail, and went over and above to make the addition match the existing house. Paul’s
workers are professional, courteous, and master craftsmen. They showed up early and seemed
to always know exactly what they were going to on any given day. The materials were brought
in in stages, and there never seemed to be a delay waiting on something to arrive. For a
construction site things were kept pretty tidy.
We ran into a couple of unexpected issues, but Paul helped us solve them and keep the added
cost to a minimum. Other than those, the project came in exactly on budget. There were no
additional costs other than specifically approved work to correct existing issues with the house.
I don’t know many people who have had a great experience with their contractor. Living through
renovations is hard, and the process can be excruciating. This can lead to tensions to all
parties, especially with lots of money on the line. Paul made the process as easy as possible,
the end product is better than we ever expected, he helped us navigate unexpected issues, and
did it all exactly on budget. If you are looking for a contractor, look no further, you can do no
better than Paul Terry.

“Paul's team takes pride in a job well done -- they are true craftsmen. I especially appreciated their flexibility when I changed my mind on something, and they still came in at budget. They also had a variety of ideas for creative solutions to design problems. I would eagerly hire them again.”
